So quick, So easy, BEST Banking Transition I have EVER made

As a now 3-year old business, we were looking to upgrade our bank account whilst maintaining an on-the-go approach to business banking in general. It couldn't have been easier or quicker. I also got access to instant customer support who were kind and generous with their time when I needed help arranging an address update for the debit card which itself arrived within 2 working days. Brilliant service, easy-to-use app, fantastic support and a seamless transition for our business banking needs. Top notch all round. Reviewed on: 20th March 2023

Simple and smart!

Straight forward banking for busy businesses

Just so easy to set up and use

I'm not one to extol the virtues of banks (having previously worked for 2 competitors for over 25 years) but this app is incredible. Easy to use, simple to set up, so very easy to manage my business account - it literally could not have been made easier. Smart presentation, easy to use, helpful

Good Experience so far

I have been using HSBC Kinetic for about 12 months now. The app has been fine, there have been some synch issues with Xero but they are becoming much less frequent now (which is great). The app is very easy to use, I have had no issues logging in, receiving money or making payments. I found the customer service by the messaging function very easy also. I recently had to resolve an issue with a lost card and it worked really well! I am really happy with it all at the moment. Reviewed on: 14th March 2023
