They have the best customer service

The best experience I have ever had with a bank

I opened my account in January of this year and these people are so friendly and accomodatine. They give the best services of any bank i have ever experienced and continue to amaze me in every single way. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else for all of my banking services no matter what the offer might be and that is all i have to say about that. Reviewed on: 14th April 2015

Amazing, and smooth, so enjoyable.

HSBC makes banking fun and easy. No more painstaking and feeling of pulling teeth anytime you have to do banking. Highly recommend this institution and would recommend it to each and every one of my friends and family members. Solid institution.

Solid institution with a great customer service experience. Their way of doing things is nice and refreshing. Keep it simple and have some patience. Not many bells and whistles but if you're looking for a no hassle banking experience I'd highly recommend this. Reviewed on: 13th April 2015

Reasonable banking services

I've had an online savings account and an online bill pay account with HSBC for quite a few years. I got the accounts when interest rates on such accounts were really good; unfortunately their interest rates (like with other banks) have gone way down. Whenever I've had to contact customer service by phone I've always had a good experience since their reps are knowledgeable and helpful. Their website is not quite as good when it comes to ease of use but it's still acceptable. I like that HSBC allows me the provision of designating a beneficiary for my accounts in the event of my death (a lot of banks don't allow that). Overall it's a good online bank.
