i received helpful information regarding accounts.

I received helpful advice regarding the different kinds of accounts. To meet certain conditioned to avoid service charges. There are many options to the kinds of accounts that are available. Reviewed on: 14th April 2015

ONE star is too much!!

terrible. even closing the account was an absolute nightmare. to start, when i opened the account, it was a bait and swtich. lovely intro savings rate that very quickly plummeted into something ridiculously not worth it. i opened this account so i'd have a back up when i travel overseas. before i leave, i call and make sure that i will be able to use the card overseas. i was in thailand and i lost my first atm card and tried to use this one. lo and behold it never worked. i had to finish the rest of my trip with $60 in my pocket. so when i get back home i transfer all the money out and try to close the account. but they wont close it because they need me to change my address to close it. which takes xxx days. i file a complaint. which was never to be on file. i call to inquire about my recent calls, which were never on file. finally, after still not being able to close the account, i get a charge for not having enough funds, because i transferred everything out, to close the account, because hsbc sucks. in the end i finally (hopefully) officially closed the account after totally losing my cool, yelling at the customer service rep on the phone, and demanding that the fee be removed and the accounts be closed once and for all, with written confirmation of all the actions. hsbc is crap. Their Service was wonderful

Great institution with a great Customer Service Experience. Their way of doing things is nice and refreshing. Keep it simple and have some patience. They are a great Bank with several things to offer. If you're looking for a no hassle banking experience. I'd highly recommend this. Reviewed on: 14th April 2015

I had a bad experience with two branches.

I felt like the bank employee's at two different branches were rude and never tried to help me. I was always charged fee's that I didn't know why I was being charged and they didn't want to explain nor help me with my issues. Reviewed on: 14th April 2015

They have the best customer service

The best experience I have ever had with a bank

I opened my account in January of this year and these people are so friendly and accomodatine. They give the best services of any bank i have ever experienced and continue to amaze me in every single way. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else for all of my banking services no matter what the offer might be and that is all i have to say about that. Reviewed on: 14th April 2015

Amazing, and smooth, so enjoyable.

HSBC makes banking fun and easy. No more painstaking and feeling of pulling teeth anytime you have to do banking. Highly recommend this institution and would recommend it to each and every one of my friends and family members.
