inconvenient opening hours

I wanted to deposit an important cheque. I arrived at 09:15 and the branch was not open! It opened at 09:30! How is this beneficial to working parents!! Ridiculous!! Open from 07:00 - 09:00 and then again at 17:00 - 21:00 - or let me deposit cheques online:) Reviewed on: 28th November 2014

Poor customer service department

Tremendous levels of service

I have had my account for a long while - and like the level of service that they give me. They seem to be a lot better than the competition for me and wouldn't think of leaving them. Reviewed on: 7th November 2014

Gets a bad rap but ok for me - love the digital offering

Nice mobile app and overall pretty good

Good over all bank

This is a very good bank, been with them since i started my paper round at the age of 14. They have kept my money secure as well as checking with my before cancelling my card as my details were stolen.
