Nightmare for balance transfer

So, you can't transfer from another card until you can log on, and you can't log on until you get an activatation code/card reader ( no sign after two weeks) and if, like me, you have no mobile signal, then you are stuffed. Of course you don't find this out until you have spent ages getting a telephone activation code (20 mins) and set a ridiculous number of passwords. Ok, so you can do a transfer over the phone. First call took 40 mins to be told that I couldn't do the transf... Reviewed on: 12th October 2020

Total waste of time!!!

I was pre-approved for 0% balance transfer of £5000, but after answering personal questions both on line and over the phone, was offered a credit limit of £1000. Total waste of everyone’s time, and felt that ai had sold my soul to the bank for them to then not approve the credit ai was applying for! Reviewed on: 4th February 2024

New credit card

Just took out a new credit card. I am already a customer so there wasn't much admin but the process was quick and easy. I'm happy. Reviewed on: 4th January 2024

Rude staff

They are so rude. They should be trained to attend to customers. I don't think they won't work. They don't listen to you. Reviewed on: 5th December 2023
