Going Above & Beyond

I have been a member of this Credit Union for over 10 years. I feel they empower those who would normally struggle to open a savings account in a none stigmatising way, and really target deprived areas to promote their services, particularly where door step loan sharks tend to prowl. The staff are extremely friendly and none-judgemental, always putting the customer first, whilst helping to solve any barriers to accessing funds. They strive to go above and beyond.
