Peace of mind

This is the fourth year of using insureandgo for my travel insurance. Can go on holiday with the peace of mind that should anything happen, I will be covered. Reviewed on: 21st July 2019

Amazing support

Booked my travel insurance with this company. Unfortunately some five weeks before my holiday with my daughter my partner was taken seriously ill and in Intensive Care. It became apparent from Dr’s that they had serious concerns my partner may not pull through. I contacted Insure and Go three weeks before departure that I would have to cancel my holiday. The representative was so so helpful and supportive and began the process for my claim. It was a very difficult time for me to be dealing with all this but the representative helped me with all the forms. I completed the forms sent to me by the company and the necessary medical information certificates. I did not submit these forms straight away as I was spending most days and nights at the hospital with my partner. I am very sad to say that my partner passed away four weeks after becoming so poorly which left me devastated. I contacted Insure and Go some three weeks later and advised them of my partners death. Once again their support was invaluable and their help and compassion was truly genuine during such a difficult situation. I submitted my claim forms together with my partners death certificate and within a very minimal amount of time they settled my claim and refunded my holiday costs without delay. I cannot thank them enough for their help and support at such a difficult time. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to my family and friends. Easy, great service, and a good price!

I was advised to use InsureandGo because of needing cover for various medical conditions - I personally had not long finished treatment for breast cancer when taking out a new policy. InsureandGo were fantastic - it was so easy to set up the insurance and go through the medical screening with them. Everyone I have spoken to has been friendly and professional.
