A pathetic excuse for a travel credit card

A pathetic excuse for a travel credit card, customer service is only available during GMT hours and any replacement cards can only be sent to a UK address, useless if you’re abroad and the card is broken or lost. My case: they locked the card due to fraud and said it was due to VISA. Told to find a VISA atm to unlock, wasted time doing that. Nothing. Stick with reputable bank not these idiots. Overpayment refunded same day --

I made a wrong payment, I called in and my query was passed to the Payments team -- Following their investigation, i had the overpayment back in my back account the same day -- (which i thought would take a number of days like other institutions) Reviewed on: 21st April 2026
