A pathetic excuse for a travel credit card

A pathetic excuse for a travel credit card, customer service is only available during GMT hours and any replacement cards can only be sent to a UK address, useless if you’re abroad and the card is broken or lost. My case: they locked the card due to fraud and said it was due to VISA. Told to find a VISA atm to unlock, wasted time doing that. Nothing. Stick with reputable bank not these idiots. Amazing they gave me the best credit limit when my credit score wasn’t great. I have since proved to them that I can easily manage this credit and they’ve increased my credit twice. The customer service is excellent and you are not forced to talk to AI. I am autistic and ADHD. This is a big winner for me. I love these guys. Reviewed on: 16th April 2026
