A pathetic excuse for a travel credit card

A pathetic excuse for a travel credit card, customer service is only available during GMT hours and any replacement cards can only be sent to a UK address, useless if you’re abroad and the card is broken or lost. My case: they locked the card due to fraud and said it was due to VISA. Told to find a VISA atm to unlock, wasted time doing that. Nothing. Stick with reputable bank not these idiots. Good for everyday spending

I’ve been using the Jaja credit card for a while and overall it’s been a good, straightforward experience. It’s easy to use and I like how simple everything is, especially through the app where I can quickly check my spending and payments. It’s not the best if you’re looking for lots of rewards or perks, but for everyday use it works well and does what I need without any hassle.
