A pathetic excuse for a travel credit card

A pathetic excuse for a travel credit card, customer service is only available during GMT hours and any replacement cards can only be sent to a UK address, useless if you’re abroad and the card is broken or lost. My case: they locked the card due to fraud and said it was due to VISA. Told to find a VISA atm to unlock, wasted time doing that. Nothing. Stick with reputable bank not these idiots. Great card!

I applied for the Jaja Vanta card a few months ago and was accepted instantly but had to cancel my application as I had no valid ID for the verification checks. After sorting out my ID I decided to give Jaja another try and was accepted again. Application quick and easy, verification took just a few minutes. Terms and conditions set out clearly and concisely. Card arrived in less than a week and the app was easy to set up.
