A pathetic excuse for a travel credit card

A pathetic excuse for a travel credit card, customer service is only available during GMT hours and any replacement cards can only be sent to a UK address, useless if you’re abroad and the card is broken or lost. My case: they locked the card due to fraud and said it was due to VISA. Told to find a VISA atm to unlock, wasted time doing that. Nothing. Stick with reputable bank not these idiots. I opened an account with Jaja 3 months ago and I absolutely love the app and how you can manage your spending and pay off and the special rewards that’s comes with it. I've been really pleased with Jaja overall. The app is genuinely one of the easiest I've used for a credit card — everything is clear, straightforward and easy to navigate.
