A pathetic excuse for a travel credit card

A pathetic excuse for a travel credit card, customer service is only available during GMT hours and any replacement cards can only be sent to a UK address, useless if you’re abroad and the card is broken or lost. My case: they locked the card due to fraud and said it was due to VISA. Told to find a VISA atm to unlock, wasted time doing that. Nothing. Stick with reputable bank not these idiots. my experience has been a mix of positives and frustrations. On the plus side, the application process was straightforward, and I found the app relatively easy to use. Payments and account tracking are simple, and transactions show up quickly, which makes it convenient to manage spending. However, there are a few areas where the service could be improved. Customer support has been inconsistent in my experience, with response times sometimes slower than expected. I also found certain features in the app a bit limited compared to other credit providers.
