A pathetic excuse for a travel credit card

A pathetic excuse for a travel credit card, customer service is only available during GMT hours and any replacement cards can only be sent to a UK address, useless if you’re abroad and the card is broken or lost. My case: they locked the card due to fraud and said it was due to VISA. Told to find a VISA atm to unlock, wasted time doing that. Nothing. Stick with reputable bank not these idiots. Decent card, but with room for improvement

My experience with the Jaja credit card has been mixed but not entirely negative. The card itself works reliably for everyday purchases, and the app design is simple and easy to navigate when everything loads correctly. However, the app can be slow to update transactions, and customer support sometimes takes longer than expected to respond. It’s not a bad product overall, but there’s definitely space for better stability and faster service. If Jaja improves the app performance and support speed, it could become a much stronger option.
