A pathetic excuse for a travel credit card

A pathetic excuse for a travel credit card, customer service is only available during GMT hours and any replacement cards can only be sent to a UK address, useless if you’re abroad and the card is broken or lost. My case: they locked the card due to fraud and said it was due to VISA. Told to find a VISA atm to unlock, wasted time doing that. Nothing. Stick with reputable bank not these idiots. Pretty swift process when initially applying for the card. The app is easy to use and looks modern. When I needed to update my details due to marriage, customer services were super helpful and my name got changed in good time. No issues up to now and are happy with the service.
