Woeful service

Letters are ignored by the administration centre in Sunderland while the customer services team is poorly trained and based in India. My account was locked... Letters are ignored by the administration centre in Sunderland while the customer services team is poorly trained and based in India. My account was locked without any notification, and I was lied to by a member of the customer service team. This meant I couldn’t access over £50,000 of my money. If I could be bothered, I’d report this lot to the Financial Conduct Authority. Read more Read less

    Although I can bank online with Kent Reliance, I have a branch near where I live, and it makes such a difference to be able...     Kent Reliance always offer good rates on savings. It is marvellous that they still have branches where you can go in and deal with their reliable, professional and friendly staff.

    Fixed Rate Cash ISA

    My 1 year fixed rate ISA is due to mature soon. Kent Reliance have had £20K of my money for a whole year and yet... My 1 year fixed rate ISA is due to mature soon. Kent Reliance have had £20K of my money for a whole year and yet the interest rate on the (exclusive) cash ISA product they are offering me to stay with them is LESS than new customers can get!!!!!
