A socially conscientious bank

A socially conscientious bank actively looks to reward it's customers rather than penalise you for having separate accounts. I earn a monthly savings rate on my current account without having to move my funds between current and savings account to benefit from their excellence tracker rate. Also they plant trees for every new customer which displays they are actively doing their bit for the environment, unlike alot of other banks who talk alot of net zero without any action/benefits. They listen to their customers and after requesting savings pots as a feature it is now available on their app!! Whenever I've had an issue and contacted customer support their specialists on hand have always been fantastic, show real empathy and resolve my problems without a fuss. Reviewed on: 28th March 2024
