AVOID, AVOID, AVOID

Do not use this bank, I repeat do not use this bank. Aside from the poor non existent customer service and complaints team. They will suspend your account for no reason, request bank information from your other bank (one of my other banks which I provided them has been suspiciously blocked and I have no access), the team who does review are not customer facing, I have had no access to my money since 1st Aug. I’m not allowed to close my account whilst this review is ongoing, so essentially they are holding my money hostage. I’m not only one that they have done this to, check out their TrustPilot for more experiences like mine and also check out this employee review as it seems like they are not following the correct guidelines and wonder if the FOS, FCA and other regulatory bodies are aware of it https://www.glassdoor.co.uk/Reviews/Employee-Review-Kroo-United-Kingdom-RVW80841314.htm. Kroo offer a competitive in-balance interest rate an...

Kroo offer a competitive in-balance interest rate and haven’t reduced this unlike other banks, so you know what you’re getting with Kroo. I would like to be able to more readily view previous transactions. But really like the ease of requesting funds from other accounts and confirmation of transactions and that there is the option to open saving pots which offer the same interest on balances as the current account. It was very easy to set up. I’ve not had any cause to engage with their customer service so can’t comment on this. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024
