Great Customer Service

Kroo customer services have been nothing but helpful, friendly and polite, quickly resolving a very stressful situation for me. Other banks take cyphoning customers' money for granted

Other banks take cyphoning customers' money for granted - ie other banks are pocketing most of our actual interest, not passing most on, and when they do give us our money it's just for a limited time joining offer to new customers. Kroo passes to us more of what was ours to begin with. Also, I love their tree-planting projects!! Oh, and I can use them abroad without fees too!!
