Simple, easy to use, great interest rate on a current account with no strings! Have recommended to my friends and family. had a few issues I needed to speak to the support team about, and these were resolved quickly and without fuss (an issue with my card, quickly replaced). Wow, easiest bank account opening ever! Only took 10 minutes and the customer service is top tier. 4.1% interest on all balances up to 85k too. Amazing! Reviewed on: 16th July 2023

A Brilliant Current Account

The Kroo current account is brilliant. Not only does it give you all the things you’d expect from a current account but Kroo goes one step further.. It currently offers people with their current account an interest rate of 4.10% on all credit balances. That’s much better than most savings accounts. I would happily recommend Kroo to anyone. Beware! Unbelievably poor service.

Unbelievably poor service. Sent wages to this bank and not showing. Every time I use the chat or call I’m given the patronising response telling me that they can see the payment and the relevant team are looking into matters, and then they have the nerve to thank me for my patience and understanding. They have left struggling and having to rely on support and overdrafts which is incurring fees. Won’t acknowledge my complaint and no sincere care or apologies! As soon as I get my money back I’ll be seeking compensation and will be shutting the account down! Reviewed on: 26th June 2023

High interest current account

Current account with high interest that constantly goes up with the base rate. I'm basically using it as a savings account. Transfers are instantaneous and stress free. Customer service is quick and friendly. Great alternative to brick and mortar bank with low interest rates or limits to your monthly contributions! Reviewed on: 2nd June 2023
