Excellent account, very good App and they seem to be...

Excellent account, very good App and they seem to be reactive to missing features that they then address and include, i.e. Saving Pots. Great Interest rates for positive balance in my current account, Excellent overdraft fees when compared to the aging 'mature banks' that effectively rip customers off.. Great!!

Market leading instant access account, no fees abroad, and does ora to ally what the high street banks do (less the physical presence). Chat answered in minutes, card received promptly. I am recommending it to all my friends and family. Reviewed on: 20th March 2023

Fantastic bank

Hold back remittance

On remitting funds from an external account, the bank held funds on a pretext and did not respond to communication. Funds were released, but still no response to concerns. Not sure if this bank understands customer service. Reviewed on: 20th March 2023

Great Bank

Albeit an online bank, and I am a techno-phobe, Kroo have made it incredibly easy to setup my account, very easy to transfer money around, and are very friendly too. THankyou. Reviewed on: 20th March 2023

Early Days but so far so good

I've only recently joined the Bank bit.so.dar so good. Once approved setting the up the account on line was very easy with their helpful.app. The app is very user friendly and straightforward to use. I would certainly recommend Kroo banking. Reviewed on: 20th March 2023
