I’ve had various insurance policies for my items and they’ve always been a hassle when you need them. When there is an incident the insurers seem more interested in keeping every pence from you than anything else. Step in Laka. The team has been amazing start to finish. From signing up, monthly emails, to when I eventually had to make a claim. It was straightforward, easy, and quickly resolved in order to get me back to cycling as quickly as possible. Quick and Easy

Super quick and easy to set up. Once it’s set up, it’s easy to make adjustments to kit and bike cover - which is great. Being able to have multiple bikes and kit covered by the same insurance company is super convenient and just what you want in a cycle insurance. Reviewed on: 1st October 2022

Sadly my electric bike got stolen. However despite being fairly skeptical of insurances I did have it insured. Overall I am pretty shocked with just how great that insurance has been! They were just incredibly helpful, genuine and prompt in working with me to get a replacement bike, they covered the cost of the bike (an exact copy of it just arrived today), my lock and even the lime bike I rented to get home the day mine got stolen. Maybe it's because they are closer to a collective than a normal insurance company but I have never had anything close to as positive an experience when filing a claim on something like this.
