LAKA are fab - they are quick to process claims - which if you are riding and/or racing all the time is so important not just for getting back up and riding but for peace of mind. Their transparency about the costs is also amazing - it gives a lot of confidence that they genuinely want to support cyclists. Reviewed on: 3rd August 2022

Great company,had to make a claim and they dealt with it promptly and professionally

I insured my bike with Laka an unfortunately I had to make a claim for damage. I sent in a video showing the damage and the explanation. They dealt with it quickly and ordered some new parts which I could have had a bike shop fit but I chose to do it myself. Very happy with the way the claim was resolved Reviewed on: 3rd August 2022

Best bike insurance I have ever had

I have been through two claims processes since joining Laka a couple of years ago; one for a damaged cycling bag and another for a stolen bike. Both claims processes were so easy and instinctive, and both were settled quickly with direct bank transfers. Will never leave Laka for as long as I have a bike to insure! Quality piece of mind

It's great having my premium linked to actual usage, showing that Laka really are about the community and not all about the profit. Their monthly blogs with the statement are really engaging and enlightening, and particularly stand out from the myriad of junk that normally fills my inbox.
