Amazing service and transparent model

I unfortunately discovered my bike frame had been damaged, but FORTUNATELY I had Laka. Within days I had been paid out for my claim, such exceptionally friendly and accommodating staff who did everything to help. Chuffed to be a member of this pioneering insurance company!
