Quick and easy bike replacement

Insurance like it should be! I had my bike stolen one evening whilst attending a Scout meeting. Initially devastated, I contacted Laka via their online video reporting, explaining what had happened, and answered a few quick and easy questions. Laka were in touch the following day, the claim accepted and the process of selecting the new bike made quick and easy, with it being delivered within a few days of the order date. I couldn't have been happier! And my premiums have remained the same afterwards. The community model is fantastic, keeping costs down, and I've been able to introduce plenty of friends along the way. Down-to-earth insurance company

This is a "real" insurance company - for once you know what you are insured for, and if worst does happen you'll be dealing with people that love bikes and understand what it means to have a bike stolen. Super friendly and adequately priced. Reviewed on: 18th September 2020

Groundbreaking approach to insurance

Novel community based insurance that ensures you pay your fair share every month, with a pre-set cap based. I had one claim on a power meter that was handled professionally and quickly. Laka paid the supplier directly after I sent in photos of the damage and did a quick video summary of the incident. Couldn’t have been easier. Reviewed on: 18th September 2020
