Fair because of the variable rates and transparency of what you are paying as well as the value they offer for a replacement item Knowledgable about cycling and cycle kit. I had never made an insurance claim before. I didn’t know what to expect. From the outset they were clear on my options and offered impartial personal experience. Quick and efficient

they settle quickly and efficiently, their live chats are saved and if you accidentally exit the live chat you will still remain connected and don't have to start the whole conversation all again. They have no excess which makes a difference on the smaller claims!! Reviewed on: 14th August 2020
