Simple but specialist insurance for people with bikes

Good, honest and simple to manage bicycle insurance. The team at Laka we’re quick to respond to my questions, insurance is pretty comprehensive and the price competitive. I’ve used Laka for some time now and the experience has been top drawer. The community charging model works brilliantly, I’ve never paid the full monthly amount and have paid nothing a couple of times. But the best thing about Laka is the experience when I unfortunately had to make a claim. This was dealt with quickly, and easily, getting me back riding with no drama, fuss, or quibbles. I have already recommended Laka to lots of friends, and I wouldn't use any other insurer for my cycling kit now. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

I was one of the earliest adopters of Laka to cover my bikes ahead of an overseas week long trip. Most months I barely pay a premium as like-minded cyclists like me look after their bikes, lock them securely and try not to crash them... Reviewed on: 21st August 2019

Transparent and reliable

I've never felt so genuinely looked after when it comes to cycle insurance. The monthly emails are fully transparent and give you a full breakdown of the (usually tiny) costs that are being passed along to you. Reviewed on: 21st August 2019
