Great people and excellent service, highly recommend!

Laka have been nothing short of brilliant since I signed-up earlier this year. I had a couple of claims related to damage and a theft. Jon was on the case right away and ensured I was back on a bike again as quickly as possible. The flexible premium model means some months I pay very little for what is a top-notch service whilst being far more agile than any other insurance company I have encountered previously. Best insurance company I've ever seen

I'm not prone to hyperbole, so when I say that everything about Laka is better than any other insurance company I've ever dealt with, I really mean it. Signing up is easy, and although the model takes a few minutes to understand, they do a really good job of explaining it on the website, though it could be a bit easier to find the explanations. Any questions are answered swiftly and fully by their amazing customer support personnel (shout out to Henry, who was not only very knowledgeable but also extremely charming). I haven't had to claim yet, but a friend of mine who had her bike stolen only days before tackling a serious sportive (over 150km) had a new ride within two days, barely even missing any training! If I could give them six stars I would. Keep up the good work Laka, I know that I'm not the only one waiting for more products with eager anticipation - I wish you could cover everything!
