Laka has a real soul behind it by showing it cares about it's consumers which is clearly ingrained in its business model. The model where Laka charges only based on claim costs makes so much more sense than traditional insurance, as it aligns the insurer and the customers interests. Laka are a friendly company to deal with too. Have recommended to friends and family. Reviewed on: 10th August 2018
