I've been with Laka for over a year, they are fantastic

I've been with Laka for over a year now, they are real breath of fresh air in the insurance market. They've always been open and transparent about their variable pricing structure and their plans are clearly worded so you know exactly what your covered for. They are also really helpful with tips and hints on how to protect your bike. My bills have been consistently below £25p/m to insure a £4000 bike! Luckily I've not had to make a claim yet, but feel confident that I would be given 1st class customer service if I ever did. Reviewed on: 3rd August 2024

Great service and fast response!

I had to use Lala once because my bike was damaged during a flight to Majorca. Their reply was very fast and paid for my repair without any hassles. Very happy with my experience so far. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2024
