Laka has been a brilliant provider ever since I started using them I did have effect from my bike and I was responded to very quickly and all sorted within a week so I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others! Reviewed on: 1st August 2024

I’ve had to contact Laka before as I crashed into a pedestrian as they were walking across a red light. I broke a bone in my hand. Laka were great with dealing with the situation. I received compensation, and money towards any rehabilitation if it was needed (thankfully it wasn’t). I’m also Beth happen with the fact that afterwards my insurance didn’t permanently go up. I’ve also had to contact Laka due to stolen goods and broken accessories, and they have been very helpful. Reviewed on: 1st August 2024

Reduced the features and called a price reduction

Unannounced price hikes and no response provided when questioned. Reduced the product offering yet promoted this as "a reduction in your price cap" - to get the same offering, the price INCREASED by nearly 50% a year. Reviewed on: 25th July 2024
