Useless service.

Useless customer service. Broken processes which automatically upgrade your plan without authorization. Carried on billing me after I cancelled my policy. All the while banging on about how great "The Collective" is. Don't waste your time or money with these incompetent idiots. Reviewed on: 5th August 2024
