So far I have not needed to process a claim, but the process to insure my bicycle has been excellent and straightforward. Their monthly updates also give a good and very understandable insight into what makes up our insurance costs. Transparency is great! Reviewed on: 1st August 2024

BEST bike insurer. Almost too good to be true.

Quick response, quick at resolving the issue - took 48h to respond and another 24h for outcome. Seriously the best insurance I have ever dealt with. I wish I knew about them earlier. Had the battery of my bike stolen and they even suggested who to contact to get it fixed. 5 stars. Reviewed on: 1st August 2024
