Super easy to set up.

Haven't had to claim yet, but setting up my insurance account and policy, as well as adding documents and photos, was super easy. I've been able to modify my cover as well, all with only a few clicks. I love that they're made for cyclists, as you get a sense they actually care about their customers. Simple, friendly, transparent

Laka has been a revelation. I've never before taken out an insurance policy where I feel part of a community of policyholders. The transparency about their charges and services is unparalleled and it all works really easily online (a huge contrast with other insurance experiences I've been having lately).
