Perfect service all round.

Perfect service all round. They are experts in handling claims. I’ve unfortunately had to use them twice and both times have been a doddle. It makes the experience of owning an expensive bike in london much less stressful. Reviewed on: 1st October 2024

I have had to make a few claims through Laka. Every time their customer service has been excellent and the claims process has been seamless. Laka operates as an insurance company should; provide insurance and pay out without complaint or avoidance when you need them. I wish all insurance companies were like Laka. Luckily I havent had to claim through Laka, but I have plenty of cycling friend who have and they have nothing but good things to say about Laka. Hopefully I'll never have to go through the claims process, but if I do, atleast I know I'll be in good hands. Reviewed on: 1st October 2024
