Understand what I pay for. Great communication monthly! Doesn’t over sell and fair pricing! Monthly benefits optional on plan! Never had to make a claim but know how to do so if I need as website has ease of use and understanding! Would recommend! Reviewed on: 2nd October 2023

Love the idea behind Laka, sharing risk rather than penalising individual users. Helps create the idea of a cycling community, which is a lovely feeling too. Haven't needed to claim yet, but feel confident that it would be an easy process. Reviewed on: 2nd October 2023

Super easy to set up.

Haven't had to claim yet, but setting up my insurance account and policy, as well as adding documents and photos, was super easy. I've been able to modify my cover as well, all with only a few clicks. I love that they're made for cyclists, as you get a sense they actually care about their customers. I've only contacted customer services once, but the reply was quick and informative. Reviewed on: 2nd October 2023
