Laka is a great option for insurance cover. The team are on hand to help when you need them, and respond super quickly to claims/ queries. I've had a couple of challenging claims and the Laka team took it in their stride. Fully recommended! Reviewed on: 1st September 2023

When my bike was stolen from within my own cycle storage of my flat, the team at Laka were super responsive, with the right level of empathy and understood how I was feeling. They helped me to work out the better deal for me to take the money rather than get a new bike, as with my ambitions to have a gravel bike, it was more cost effective for me to have the payout then use my work's cycle to work scheme to get an even better bike. They even suggested some bikes I should look at - which just topped it off! Have recommended to all my cycling pals. Reviewed on: 1st September 2023

Quickest and most supportive insurance company ever!

I’ve had my bike stolen quite shortly after completing my onboarding with Laka. Luckily they made uploading my evidence real easy and I had all the information required submitted. They got me back on the road within a week! Cannot recommend them more, I am riding without worries now and was able to properly invest in bike and gear. Reviewed on: 1st September 2023
