In a world we’re you constantly feel like insurance companies are trying to take as much as they can and make you feel bad/ criminal for claiming even the smallest of things, Laka is a ray of hope for cyclists - keeping as many wheels turning as possible. Great service, fair price

Laka are very easy to deal with, offer a great service with good perks and are competitively priced. The option to just provide core cover is a great move, the flexibility is very helpful and allows to plan for big trips in the future while not paying for cover you don't need the rest of the year. Excellent flexibility and great advice

I recently carried out a e conversion on my hybrid bike. I told my existing cycle insurance company. To cut a long story short, the company did not cover the conversion and also did not inform me that my cover was invalid. I was referred to laka by many cycling friends. Their advice was really clear, I was able to add my bikes, conversion kits, accessories to my policy easily. There when you need them.

Having to claim on your bike insurance is never a nice experience given a crash, incident or theft is usually involved. I felt that Laka were ‘in my corner’ during the claim and made the whole process very easy to manage which makes a huge difference and takes away the stress. 10 outta 10 Reviewed on: 1st September 2023
