I have been with Leek for the last 10 years and use the Uttoxeter Branch. I visited the branch today as I have concerns about Lloyds Bank closing in town. I saw Rebecca who sat down with me and went through my options and I am very happy with the service that I received and the friendliness of the staff in the branch. I am a happy customer. A savings plan is nearing maturity

A savings plan is nearing maturity and a recent visit ti the Derby office proved very helpful and positive in securing a new plan. All done while I was in the office, with details processed to commence along with transfer of funds to new plan. Documents received within a week. Thanks. Reviewed on: 16th February 2026
