Five stars for the Macclesfield branch

We have had a tricky issue re savings linked to a power of attorney situation, and the Leek B S, in the form of several ladies at the Macclesfield branch, have been exceptionally helpful - informative, supportive, reassuring, friendly. [It has contrasted amazingly with dealing with a national clearing bank, we should add!] Reviewed on: 27th February 2024

Dan, our local manager is great, very helpful in helping me get the most from my savings, the products on offer are extremely competitive, and I love that the Building Society is so accessible as there is a branch in town that is available 6 days a week so I can call in anytime I want Reviewed on: 26th February 2024
