Easy to deal with building society

Staff and services at Newxastke under Lyme Branch

We have had savings with leek United for 40 years now and the staff and the assistance they give is wonderful. Nothing is you much trouble. I am hoping that the customer service and the branches stay open as they have started using on line banking now. I think online banking has its uses but its not the same as speaking to the very experienced staff. Reviewed on: 24th January 2024

Regular 1 year savings at higher rate of interest

I find using the saving scheme, where I can invest up to £1000 per month for 1 year, and at which time the funds get transferred to a lower interest account, or another product, really helpful. It has allowed me to save as much as I can with a higher rate interest, thus a pleasant surprise at every anniversary. Reviewed on: 24th January 2024
