Fabulous service from St Edward Street Branch

I opened my 2nd savings account with Leek United yesterday and the service was second to none. The transaction was seamless and I would not hesitate in recommending them to friends and family. Reviewed on: 1st July 2022

The personal touch

Whilst sorting my ISA’s with various providers Leek BS has been the only one to communicate with me swiftly and easily. It is good to communicate with a real person rather than AI chat. Excellent Staff

Online experience is easy to manage, but for me you stand out from the rest when you visit a branch. The staff are always friendly and welcoming and will always help to sort out any queries you have. The refurb of your branch I visit is also an excellent improvement. Reviewed on: 24th January 2024

recently and suddenly my husband of nearly fifty years passed away,he was so always the one who dealt with these kind of things so for me it was very hard especially having to deal with my bereavement at the same time. The staff at Leek United from beginning to present were so respectful,compassionate and showed kindness in dealing with my situation,bearing in mind the first person to deal with me was a very young man who must have only been in his early twenties at the most or even younger than that, I'm not sure but I think he was name Josh,his customer service and the way he dealt with me was far beyond his years as I was a blubbering wreack and hadn't got a clue where to start . Lots of other companies could learn alot from your staff at Leek St Edwards Street and thank them from the bottom of my heart. Reviewed on: 24th January 2024
