Fabulous service from St Edward Street Branch

I opened my 2nd savings account with Leek United yesterday and the service was second to none. The transaction was seamless and I would not hesitate in recommending them to friends and family. Reviewed on: 1st July 2022

Excellent Experience

Started off with Humpreys account when I was younger which was very easy to use and keep track off for my parents. I then had amazing customer service when the time came to change over to a savings account. The whole process was done in a matter of minutes with everything explained to me regarding next steps how to access my account online etc I really couldn’t fault the service and would recommend to anyone! LBS: good products plus competent and friendly staff!

LBS have always been so easy to deal with: competitive products combined with friendly and competent staff. And when things are not 100% perfect they always go the extra mile to put things right.
