Fabulous service from St Edward Street Branch

I opened my 2nd savings account with Leek United yesterday and the service was second to none. The transaction was seamless and I would not hesitate in recommending them to friends and family. Reviewed on: 1st July 2022

Good, but.....

Good Rate of interest and efficient admin.

Good Rate of interest and efficient admin. I called Leek to check on the transfer of my funds from my then provider. She Leek rep. said she was just that minute dealing with my case. (We must have been tele-pathetic!) Funds then went through and I am all setupo with Leek. Reviewed on: 23rd January 2024

Useless opening times

I’ve had an account with leek for years in market drayton and staff have always been friendly and polite , I can’t fault the staff in any way , but now it closes at 2 pm and 12 pm it’s no use to me as I work full time and can’t get to the branch , half day opening in 2024 is no good to full time workers and the online service is too slow when transferring money , that’s why I use Lloyds for all my money now , Reviewed on: 23rd January 2024
