I feel opening mornings only is a negative, only able to call in as had a cancelation at work, 13:00-17:00 or 10:00- 16:00 as an opening window to be considered even if it's only one day a week. Reviewed on: 23rd June 2023

I went into branch and saw Kelly at your in branch desk. She was so helpful and explained everything clearly. She also offered further support for my husband which we have never had anywhere else.
