Best building society

Myself and my family members are with the bank and have for many years. My branch is a part of the community and I personally like leek BS, as I can have face to face customer service and the staff are always at hand to assist. We need more Leek BS as the face to face human contact is disappearing in the high streets and I like Leek for still having walk in branches. Opening a child savings account

I wanted to open an account for my daughter with some money I had inherited. I was seen quickly and taken into a private room to discuss the options. The staff member gave their honest and professional opinion on which would be the best account for my needs. It was opened and the money deposited all in the same visit. The account has been really easy to manage since and is providing good interest returns. Reviewed on: 30th March 2023

Saving made easy

Brilliant service and friend atmosphere

Friendly but longer opening hours would be better.

My family have saved and had mortgages with leek utd bs for many years. . Every time we go in to our local branch you are greeted with a warm and happy smiling face,you are not treated like a customer but a family member, leek united are your extended family. Reviewed on: 30th March 2023

Helpful and friendly.
