Fabulous service from St Edward Street Branch

I opened my 2nd savings account with Leek United yesterday and the service was second to none. The transaction was seamless and I would not hesitate in recommending them to friends and family. Reviewed on: 1st July 2022

Ashbourne branch

Love the fact you can go in branch and you still have a pass book.helpful and friendly staff at Ashbourne. Rates competitive. Reviewed on: 21st January 2026

We use the Cheadle, Staffs branch on a regular basis.

We use the Cheadle, Staffs branch on a regular basis. We cannot fault the staff in the branch, they are always pleasant, happy and acknowledge each customer with respect and friendliness. Always helpful with transactions and queries, so much different to dealing with a Chatbot or waiting ages for a phone call to be answered. Good product knowledge and a very bright, clean office. Having worked for banks and a building society, I know how important the customer experience is, indeed for some people it is a lifeline, instead of being told to “use the machine.” A lovely office and staff, Leek Building Society should be proud of the Cheadle office. Very personal service.

Very personal service. The staff are helpful and queries are dealt with quickly. I am always given accurate information. When I needed a tax statement for my tax return it was with me within a couple of days. Reviewed on: 21st January 2026

It's really good to have a local branch.
