Confident with the Leek Building Society

I have always had good customer service from the staff in my local branch and I am confident with the products available. My elderly parents also save at the Leek Building Society and I am confident that their needs are taken care of so this brings me peace of mind. Reviewed on: 19th January 2026

Great customer service

The customer service man was very helpful. I had multiple log in attempt issues which means multiple phone calls & the same man was extremely patient, professional and friendly.
