Amazing Service!

I struggle picking insurance company’s as you never know who is the best company to pick but I can tell you that Lifetime Pet Insurance have amazing customer service and I have all three of my pets registered with them and wouldn’t switch to any other company ever. Lifetime Pet Cover staff were very helpful during lockdown when our dog choked on his dinner and needed to see an emergency vet, our local vet and specialist vets at a vetinary hospital. At this very stressful time we were relieved to get clear, patient advice on how to make our claim - from the advisers. Fast and friendly

Friendly efficient and quick to pay

Our Miniature Schnauzer needed an emergency pet and treatment and claiming and getting support was easy and forms were simple to complete. Responsive, Competitive, Easy to deal with

This is our second year with Lifetime Pet Cover. We've made two claims, both of which were assessed promptly and the determination clearly explained. In both cases we have been satisfied with the settlement offer. At renewal time, we felt the original offer wasn't competitive and asked for a new quote with reduced level of cover. We received a quick response (bearing in mind this was during COVID-19 lockdown) with four variants of cover along with a reassessed value for our original level. When taking out insurance, you hope that you wont need to use it. Our dog has had a couple of injuries and our experience over the 18 months we've used them has only been positive.
