Stop Lying

This started out as you needed a vote to be come the greatest pet supplier, now you want a review I would say that was a lie...so as I hate lying and you clearly are lying and I will now presume that the prizes are also bogus that says an awful lot about how we can trust you. Great customer service and great value for money

The price I pay for my 2 dogs is low compared to many other insurers and when I did need to claim, it was hassle free and dealt with in less than a week. Brilliant, highly recommended Reviewed on: 2nd August 2017

Peace of mind

My black labrador retriever Ollie is over 16 years old and still keeping well although a bit wobbly on his legs. If he ever does need professional veterinary help, it is reassuring to know that this can be provided for him. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2017

easy to communicate with and very helpful

Lifetime Pet Cover is, as far as I am aware, the only company that, if a claim is not made within 2 years against a previous 'exclusion', will remove it as an exclusion. And they're really good to deal with too! Reviewed on: 2nd August 2017

First class service, second to none

I have only been with LPC for about a year and I have made 2 significant claims during that period; on each occasion the service was efficient, courteous and sympathetic to the plight of my 2 elderly Labradors. Payment was made extremely quickly and without the hassle and delay experienced with other companies. I sincerely hope the company are able to maintain this level of service in the future when the company will undoubtedly expand. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2017

Straight forward no catches, not the cheapest but good value, touch wood have not had to claim for either of my two dogs but have been assured by the vets that they settle promptly for any claims.

As I have said I have not had a claim but when searching for suitable policies they were very contactable for information. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2017

Excellent value for money

My dog had expensive treatment at the end of last year and the beginning of this. All bills were paid promotly and when the renewal quote came in, I was pleased to see that the premium had remained a sensible amount. What more can you ask for? Reviewed on: 2nd August 2017

Insurers who stick to their word.

After being continually ripped off by insurers who ask for 30% or 40% increases after no claims made, I rang Lifetime Pet Cover and asked the question about increases. Life time Pet Cover gave me examples of their increases and when the renewal came Lifetime PC were true to their promises. Good knowledgeable people to deal with on the phone.
