Excellent, Supportive and Professional Service

I always have a really positive experience with London Capital Credit Union from start to finish. The service has always been professional, reliable and supportive, which made everything feel much less stressful. The team are approachable, patient and clear in their communication, taking the time to explain things properly and making sure I felt comfortable and well-informed throughout. I always felt valued as a member and treated with respect. What stood out most to me was the level of care and understanding shown. It’s clear they genuinely want to support their members and provide a service you can trust. My experience with Credit Union has always been an excellent one, Credit Union is a listening organisation who takes always takes the needs of their client aboard. The staffs appear to understand the needs of their clients by providing clients with useful information that can help to build client's confidence up. Staff empowers individual to step up. Credit Union is transparent in all their dealings with clients. Their been open to customers has always helped me to trust them with my savings. Clients can run to them in time of needs for advice and the organisation will give you options that you can choice from to meet your financial needs. The interest rate the Organisation charges their client is low making it possible to clients to borrow money from them and easy to pay back because of the low interest rate charged.. LCCU has got to be the best Credit Union in the UK.

LCCU has got to be the best Credit Union in the UK. The process can be a bit lengthy with having to detail every single credit card and loan but obviously this is necessary so they can make an informed decision before lending money.
